My name is Ricky Granado and I have been in the customer service industry since the age of 14.I waited tables throughout high school and upon graduation I switched to automotive sales eventually working my way up to an executive level position at a large auto group as well as a partner in several dealerships.
My leadership style has always been focused on employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction. I believe that happy employees make happy customers and when that happens, everything else takes care of itself! My proudest professional accomplishment was winning a Top 100 dealerships to work for award in 2019.
My wife of 15 years is Emily Granado and together we have 2 wonderful sons, Luke and Jacob. My wife spends her time as the CEO of the Granado family! She handles everything from A to Z to help make our family's lives easier. With my demanding schedule of running multiple businesses and our sons demanding schedule of school, homework, and sports (we love our football and golf), life can get hectic!
Emily also devotes her time to charity and philanthropy. Emily has led and put together events that have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local charities. Our family is honored and excited to serve you in providing a residential-friendly dumpster service that will come second to none!
